Olivia Efird

Biography

Olivia is a senior at the University of Southern California, graduating in May with a B.S. in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention studies. At USC, Olivia is the programming director of the Student Assembly for Gender Empowerment and a mentor for middle school girls through Women and Youth Supporting Each Other (WYSE). Additionally, Olivia worked at USC’s Relationship and Sexual Violence Prevention and Services department as a student worker. Olivia is passionate about ensuring public health services and programs are culturally-appropriate for a community’s needs and creating equitable health policies. After graduation, Olivia hopes to work in the health policy sector or as a program manager in a public health department. In her free time, Olivia loves to try new foods and spend quality time with loved ones.
